How brilliant would it be for my little boy to have a planet Earth at any time to see the position of each and every continent. Maps and books are brilliant but to a child it’s very difficult to understand where and how a place is situated on the globe. Such a great way of teaching my girls about the world and different countries.

I’ve always had a bit of a thing for globes. Not sure why, could be just my love of travel and the world I guess, but I adore globes. My husband got me a stunning one for Christmas last year and I have maps and travel pics around my home, but I really want a light up one for my home office as I think it will both make things cosy and inspire me to work harder throughout the Winter months! I had a light up globe as a kid and have always wanted another one. Fingers crossed, this one is beautiful.
