From the designer of the Bird Kettle comes a tea kettle with a unique twist never before seen in any kitchen. Presenting the 30th anniversary Tea Rex Electric Kettle from Alessi. As the name may describe, designer Michael Graves has replaced the iconic bird with a mystical creature, combining the concept of a pre-historic dinosaur with a mythological dragon, thus creating the “Tea Rex”. Basing his usage of the dragon upon its appearance in Chinese culture as a symbol for strength and fortune, this extremely unique tea kettle is a great addition to any home and will be sure to serve as conversational piece while you serve up a delicious brew of your favorite tea.
