This stylish Alessi kitchen timer has been designed by Michael Graves to coincide with the iconic Alessi bird kettle. Easy to use by turning the wings to the desired time, release and then the timer starts.
ADVICE - Mechanical kitchen timers operate using a spring mechanism - it's the spring that makes them ping. It is essential to wind the spring up completely for best results. Simply wind the timer up anti clockwise to 60 minutes - now wind it back and set the pointer to the required time. If you don't do this you will get a short, weak ring tone.
